Products and Sizing

We try to display product photos, colors, descriptions and measurements accurately. However, colors may look different on certain screens, and print placement or measurements may vary slightly.

Please review the product description and size chart before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and payment approval. We may cancel or refuse an order because of payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing errors or product unavailability.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.

Made-to-Order Products

Many SavedSoul888 products are made to order through fulfillment partners such as Printify and Tapstitch.

Once production begins, we may not be able to change or cancel your order. Contact us immediately if you need to request an order change.

Shipping

Production and shipping times are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Items may arrive in separate packages because they may be produced by different fulfillment partners.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. SavedSoul888 is not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect address information.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds and replacements are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for changing your mind, ordering the wrong size or selecting the wrong color.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within the time listed in our Return Policy.

Lost or Delivered Packages

We will help review tracking information, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked delivered, stolen after delivery or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

SavedSoul888 logos, designs, photos, graphics, product descriptions and website content may not be copied, sold or used without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as Squarespace, payment processors, Printify, Tapstitch and shipping carriers. These companies have their own terms and privacy policies.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SavedSoul888 is not responsible for indirect losses, carrier delays, website interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
